“English speaking manager who checked us in and out was excellent.”
The manager who checked us in was amazing. He took the time to walk us to our room. Followed up with checkout and was very professional. The bed was excellent.

“Unfinished and overpriced”
Location. The staff were keen to help but did lack training. The one standout member of staff was the manager, Tony, who seemed to be all things to all people.

Perfect to start the hike from Valbone to Theth from. The hotel is at the start. The breakfast is albanian style and you grt enough. The rooms are new but somethings don't look finished yet because the hotel is still in construction. The staff was super friendly and even made breakfast earlier for us

“A hotel with much potential, but service and kitchen with room for improvement.”
Very nice location at the beginning/end of the Theth - Valbona trail. The rooms were rather clean and most of the staff was nice.

“Great location and views, comfortable hotel.”
The Hotel offers great views of the mountains (if you get on the correct side), staff were lovely, outdoor tables for breakfast and evening drinks were great. The best part is that it is the first Hotel if you are hiking from Theth so can save 1 - 1.5 hours of hiking!

The location is amazing between the mountains , easy to reach. There are more hotels there but this one is the most beautifull and luxurious
