Overview
The family-run Hotel Waldhaus am See is located directly on the shore of the Heidsee lake. It features a wellness area with an indoor pool, a sauna and a steam bath. The on-site restaurant serves Swiss and international cuisine made of local products. The wellness area further includes a hot tub, and a sun bed, a Kneipp pool and a cold fountain. Massage services are also offered on request. The traditional-style rooms offer panoramic views of the mountains and the lake. They feature rustic, wooden furnishings, a seating area with satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The Waldhaus am See Hotel offers buffet breakfast. The Golfclub Lenzerheide golf course is 5 km from the hotel. The free ski bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, taking you to the Arosa-Lenzerheide-Valbella Ski Area. “Wonderful hotel in beautiful Valbella”
Welcoming and warming. Great breakfast and dinner and the salat bar . The spa is also very nice, so good after skiing. Hotel beds are very comfortable. The staff was very sweet.

The friendly reception started immediately I arrived, I was made most welcome by the receptionist who spoke excellent english. The room provide was a decent size and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of power sockets provided. The evening meal was very good and the staff well highly professional with good english. A good buffet breakfast was provided in the morning with a good choice of food.

“Lovely family hotel; comfortable, spacious rooms with great views; exceptional staff and location.”
We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.
