“Nice rooms, and outstanding service”
The hotel was in a beautiful location with a lake view. Staff was amazing and super nice. The restaurant had a small menu but so well cooked food and the service was outstanding.

“Excellent option for Arosa-Lenzerheide ski region”
We had an amazing stay for a ski weekend at the hotel. The installations are great, the staff was very nice, the food included in the half board was delicious, as well as the breakfast. Location was also a plus, in front of the lake and a bus stop to get easily to the lifts.

“Good room offering plenty of cupboard/desk space, plus seats with smart table and furnishings.”
We had a "Double Room with Lake View". This was a good size internally and also had a reasonably sized balcony. Good quality toiletries soap and cream were nice to use after a great soak in the bathroom's deep bath (which also has a good shower facility). Liked the hotel's own restaurant and their friendly staff. There was a cozy looking bar situated at the rear of the hotel but we never had the opportunity to indulge it ;( An underground car park is available for a fee, which we prefer to choose instead of the free forecourt-parking at ground-level, but book this ahead since there were only about 9 allocated spaces usually. There's a beautiful set of trails which one can walk nearby the lake which are almost at the hotel doorstep. If you get the time then try to do one of these as you walk-off breakfast because the mountains are stunning to view all around you and there are so many colourful wildflowers etc.

Flexible, friendly and helpful personnel throughout the hotel - very welcoming. Beautiful, large and well-equipped room - with balcony overlooking the lake. First class breakfast and dinner. Perfect location for cross-country skiing - and with a bus-stop on the doorstep. Excellent value for money.

“Perfect Weekend Getaway”
My wife and I, her mother and sister spent 3 days, 2 nights to celebrate her Mom's 80th birthday. I had a Genius upgrade and received another complimentary upgrade to junior suites at check-in. The rooms were great, well-appointed, and had wonderful views of the lake! The Oswald capsule coffees were really good. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious with a lot of variety, and also included a choice of freshly prepared pancakes, eggs, and omelettes. The Front Desk staff were Excellent, Friendly, and Responsive. I can unreservedly recommend this property for a Lovely Weekend or Longer stay!
