It’s location. As it’s ground floor, you can literally ski to and from the apartment door. The boot warmer is in the apartment which is genius , no more messing around in crowded boot rooms. As the apartment is right on the slopes of VT, we could pop back for lunch and for the loo. No more public loos! The apartment wasn’t noisy as It’s on the slope side , not the street side. We liked the fact it was on two floors, and the bunkbed room is really cool , the way the beds are made means it could sleep 5 kids! It’s a lovely warm apartment with a cosy electric for upstairs. The kitchen is a proper kitchen with a full sized oven and was very well stocked with all the utensils you’d need. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Lovely hot showers and no shortage of hot water. Use Eskiadoor to rent equipment as it’s in the building itself. We parked in P2 which is a short walk through the tunnel to the apartment but you can park the car outside Nazca to unpack and then move it. P2 has electric chargers, the nearest Supercharger is just before you climb up to VT so very convenient. All round superb experience. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you
