Excellent staff members, they are eager to help and set things right. Breakfast is very good. Prime location in the city and everything is 5-10 mins from this place. I stayed with my family and it is a pleasant experience.

Reception was excellent, breakfast was very good. Loved the renovated room, great layout. Really appreciated the coffee maker, micowave and the refrigerator. Location was great. Loved free parking. Reception was very friendly and helpful!

Poor service. Room had no ironing board and when I asked for one, I was told I had to wait until the next day. Tv remote had no batteries.

“Not the most attractive location but as a one night stopover was clean & comfortable so did the job.”
Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included and very nice. Plenty of parking despite the roadworks impinging on the parking lot.

Made a reservation with credit card and wanted to pay cash but to my surprise no. Cannot pay cash. For room, was -20 0utside, got around 22 o'clock in my room that was like a freezer. Heating was down. Took 2to 3 hours to get warm and comfy.
