Overview
Situated just 50 metres away from the ski slopes, Hotel La Galise is ideally located in the heart of Val-d’Isere, in the Espace Killy ski area. It offers chalet-style rooms within walking distance of shops and restaurants. All the rooms at Hotel La Galise are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a welcome tray with a kettle and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some of the rooms have balconies with views over the mountains or village. Salads, burgers, wraps and exotic dishes are served every evening in the 4 Seasons or can also be prepared to take away and drinks and a billiards table are proposed in the Alex Bar, both located on the ground floor of the proeprty building. Upon request, guests can get access to a luggage storage area and bathroom facilities on days of departure and arrival. Val d’Isere offers around 150km of skiing pistes and spectacular scenery. There are many activities on offer beside skiing including ice-climbing, snow-shoeing and ice-driving.

“Good but very basic with NO LIFT!”
Location was excellent. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main ski area. It's hard to find anywhere much closer than this. Breakfast was good. Perfect for pre skiing. There were boiled eggs, continental style cold meats and cheeses, pastries and yoghurts. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small boot room with boot warmers and slim lockers for each room that fitted 2 ski's and helmets.

“Great value for money”
Great Value for money. Had family staying across the road in a new hotel but I found La Gilise great value for money. The staff were lovely. Location close to the slopes . Breakfast was great. The rooms had everything you need and the beds were decent

“If you can you want to stay here, very reasonable priced compared to all other Val D'Isere property”
Great breakfast allowed to linger whilst we waited for other family members. Allowed to sit in reception area and have a sandwich at lunch on one snowy day when all other bars etc seemed full. All staff are so friendly and excellent at their jobs. When the taxi firm messed up our transfer the hotel were able to help us out and get it sorted, cant thank them enough for this as it was late in the day and all other buses, taxis were full and no car available to hire

“Great location and value”
The hotel has a great location with easy access to the ski area. The staff was very friendly. They sorted out our late check-in and early check-out request and even arranged a small breakfast at the previous night. The breakfast was great. The room was very well cleaned every day.

We had an excellent stay at La Galise. We loved the central location and the accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was plentiful and of a high quality. What we appreciated most of all was the incredibly friendly and considerate service from the their team. We would absolutely stay here again.
