Spa, Service and Breakfast were the best I've had. Location was amazing - we were a 5 minute walk from the slope, shops, coco ricos and the Mountain View's from our room were amazing. Parking for EV cars, ski room, and help from the desk with restaurant bookings, etc.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is very helpdull and nice. We've stayed in a Suite, and the size of the room exceeded our expectations. All common areas of the hotel are great, the bar, the restaurant, the brekfast is delicious, and the SPA very good!

Wonderful locating to the ski slopes. Amazing spa area and lovely staff and hotel a beautiful ski hotel. We absolutely loved our rooms, views and stay there with our four children.

“Great hotel and location”

The hotel is directly on the main road in charming Val d’Isere making it the perfect choice for an easy ski holiday. The Bus Rouge stops outside to the slopes in all directions and it’s an easy 2 minute walk to the main access gondolas behind the hotel. We had a superior room which was perfectly spacious even for an extended stay (we just overnight after extending our stay as the snow was good) the bathroom is small but has the toilet seperate which is good in the mornings when getting ready for the great breakfast buffet to set you up before a days skiing. Some curious design choices in the bedroom with the “shag pile” carpet when most have wood which works better , and the thick faux fur curtains that totally block the radiators. Nothing that detracts from the hotel or if I would stay again just curious choices! The lady who checked us in and helped during our brief stay was absolutely delightful, I really don’t think a more caring or responsive front of house lady can be found! She also speaks not just her native French but also Russian and English! The pool area was the draw card for me and did not disappoint, a good size heated pool and spa looking out into the snow and a sauna and hammam down stairs. All in all a perfect hotel in the best location.

The staff were amazing, the location is excellent. Our suite was a great size and lots of room for snow stuff. The breakfast had everything our children love it! The pool, sauna and spa were fantastic.

We stayed in a few similar hotels in Val D’Isere along this same street but Hotel Tsanteleina is our favourite so far. We are a couple who go to Val D’Isere every year to ski. This hotel is perfectly located, fabulous spa, great breakfast, super cosy rooms and the room service menu is excellent after a days ski followed by spa when you don’t fancy going out into the cold and just want to stay wrapped up in your robe.
