Super friendly staff. Everyone was lovely. Even though I don’t speak much Italian the ones that didn’t speak much English did everything they could to help me. The staff was amazing. Recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy. They have a varied selection and the option of a gluten-free breakfast. The gentleman refused to charge us for breakfast. He is really very friendly and spoke English. The prices are normal and not usurious. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Breakfast was fine. The owner was extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was an issue. When we paid for our breakfast bill, he said that is fine, I said but we had a tea and a coffee in the bar last night, he replied that is free.

I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan. We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car. The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!
