“Perfekt place for staying near Florenze”

The place is perfect for staying near Florenze. It is clean, great space room and great bathroom. Its on the small hill so the nights are just wright temperature for sleeping in summer time.

Very nicely arranged apartement with everything you need for perfect vacation, you even have recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby. 😀 Everything is clean and it smells nice 😀 breakfast is good, you can choose if you want to eat salami, ham, or you want sweet breakfast, and you have enough to eat well. Train station is near, so you can go to center of Florence in around 40 minutes 😀 We would love to stay there again😀

Good location with good vibe in a small italian city with good people. Breakfast different from usual but excellent. Is better to have a car unless u like some little walk (10-15 mins from train station) and i strongly recomend to follow instructions received and not google maps when u arrive in Vaiano :))) Our host was gentle and very helpful. Very clean and comfortable ! Just to say you will be surprised.

“Excelent comfort”

Propably the best room in Italy we have ever stayed at. Everything is arranged very thoughtful, someone actualy took an effort to think what would be convinient and nice for guests. A lot of space, big but cozy bathroom, comfortable furniture, great breakfests. If I knew all that, we would have booked more days here.

Caterina was an amazing host! Always there whenever we needed something. The apartment was clean and exceeded my expectations! I would recommend it to everyone!

“Amazing place”

Good communication with the owner (Caterina) before we arrived, she gave us exact instuctions of where to park the car. Parking is private and secure. In the appartment you feel like at home. It is beautifully furnished. The place is cool, even without air condition (temperature outside was 36), we were looking forward to chill in the apartment every afternoon after walking around cities all day. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from Vaiano train station, from where you can go to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano,… Breakfast was great, you get a lot of food, you can make coffee/tea, toasts, we also got fruit, yoghurts, nutella, jam, milk, cereals, crossiants. Place was clean, there was a nice bouquet of flowers on the table and some chocolates. We really enjoyed our stay here and would deffinitely choose this place again :)
