Easy to find, great communication with owners, the property was very clean and tidy and I slept very well.

It was an okay place. Nothing special. You kind of get what you pay for.

Cozy hostel, lots of lovely homely touches with fresh flowers and candles everywhere, comfy common areas, large and fully equipped self catering kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location very close to bus stop and easy walking distance to town centre but still peaceful and quiet

“The walk to the Castle gets better as you get closer”

Vadstena is a very traditional STF Vandrarhem. Pay extra if you don't bring your own sheets. But the price is right. A great place to mingle with other travelers. The guest kitchen is well equiped with 2 sets of stoves, sinks and fridges. We came just after high season so they had stopped serving breakfast. The tourist attractions, restaurants and grocery store are within a comfortable walk. The facility used to be an old people's home, so is designed with nice common spaces including a porch for sitting and some apple trees to lay under in summer. Vadstena has an important story to tell about Vasa and the reformation. Some of the village and many buildings are renovated from the middle ages. The lake setting is stunning. Great place to start without the frills and high price of most lodging

Central for my trip. Everything very clean. Slept well The very brief good morning with the staff, was pleasant. Nice atmosphere.

Own little terrace, beautiful sunny garden. Bus stop next to it. Small kitchen in the garden house, well enough equipped to cook. Friendly staff.

Short pleasant walk into the centre. Beautiful garden. Well organised kitchen. Comfortable beds. Late check-in was easy. Good showers and toilets. Electric sockets by the bed.

“Cosy hostel in the outskirts of Vadstena”

Quiet locationt, about 10 minutes walk to the Vadstena. Free parking. Lovely garden and porch with sitting groups. Rooms were clean, easy self check in. Good communication from the hostel about it. Maps and tourist brochures in the lobby. Good organized kitchen, good wi-fi. Cozy.

It's just a couple of minutes walk to the water and very central location. Rooms were clean, breakfast could be eaten in the lovely garden, the porch or indoor. Nice "standard" breakfast. Personell was really polite and happy which made us happy too:-) We were only there as the trip home was a bit far in one go, so for us it was literally just a bed and breakfast.
