“it was useless”
they had listed breakfast included and collected payment also for breakfast but not provided not even refunded the breakfast charges for 2 days even after collecting gst on 2 days not provided bill/ invoice despite requested while checking out

Location is nearby and ok however without parking . AC working good. Staff is cooperative. Food stall @ half a kilometer. Palace road and play area nearby. Safe to travel not a lonely place.

This hotel owner called me in the morning of the check-in day and shocked me saying that I can't provide you the room. Treat your booking cancelled and OYO keeps my booking without my knowledge. You can complaint of mine to OYO also. All of sudden I booked at another one with giving High price. What the hell you are dealing with such hotels.
