“Old hotel with unclean rooms.”
I am very disappointed with my recent stay. The photos shown at the time of booking were completely different from the actual room provided. I had booked a Suite Room, but instead, I was given a Deluxe Room, which was not what I paid for. Additionally, the room's cleanliness was below expectations. The bed sheets, pillows, and overall room condition were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. This experience did not match the standards promised during booking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency and cleanliness for future guests.

Our stay here were very positive. The hotel have a great location, near of the main places to visit by rickshaw or walking. Amazing Staff! They were very helpul, kind and servicial with us, providing and covering that we need and making the stay more comfortable. Foreigners are welcome. It was a bit difficult to find a hotel were I could reserved an stay without any difficulties. We really recommend it!

“Ok hotel in good location”
Location is ok , walking distance to the lake and market. Easy to get riksha. Hotel do not have restaurant but there is menu and you can order and staff member will bring the foid to the room. Prices are ok. There is a lift but only from 1st floor where receptiin is located. Staff was helpfull and did put my bags from and into taxi. They let me leave my suitcase until my train time. Hotel accept foreigns what is not so obvious in Vadovara. 3 hotels refused me acommodation because I was not from India.

It was good location wise..near by hotels,market,sightseeing places,near to station, Facilities OK Shower poor flow leakage,Lavatory flush not get cleaned after use.Taps tights.TV Low sound and cracking. Early morning no help while departure. Economic and location is perfect. Rest manage yourself.

“It's a dustbin only”
Please delete this hotel fron your list, as you are spoiling your name. We visited & immediately ran away as its horrible in all sense. 1st you send your representative to check inspect & verification of any hotel before suggesting it coz people relying on you books & loose their money getting terribly harrases & wasting their money & time too.

“Amazing stay.”
The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. Me and my wife enjoyed visiting Sur Sagar lake near the hotel.
