I WAS BOOKED FAB MAX HOTEL ONLINE ON DATE 26 NOV 2024 . AND WAS PAID ADVANCE RS 1021.THEN I WAS VISITED TO HOTEL BUT HOTEL EXECUTIVE TOLD ME, ROOM IS NOT AVAILBLE . YOU ARE CALL TO ONLINE BOOKING CUSTOMER CARE . AND CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE , AND TILL DATE NOT REFUND ADVANCE PAYMENT AS WELL ROOM . I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. Nice hotel located on Tarsali road Vadodara . Rooms are clean & great hygiene is maintained every where around the property . Quite environment to stay for 1 night . Value for money paid . I would love to stay here again .

The staff was very nice and supportive. The location was good. Food was very delicious 😋 Staff had good communication skill. Room was neat and clean, view was very beautiful. Overall stay was very much comfortable. All staff are always happy and smile on there face.

“Good hotel in tricity”
Nice property. Good vacation with my famliy. I had the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing nice buffet many options are there. Every meal was fresh and delcious. Hotel staff were well trainned. They knew about the guest how to handle. Really apperciable staff... very hard working... kéep it up... I give five star for the all restaurant team. I recommded this hotel to everyone.
