Modern, a room with an added advantage because of the kitchen. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Hoshan and Hemangi. Food was excellent and had the pleasure of meeting the cook, who was from U. P.

I ordered food at 10.15 pm .when we enquire about 11.15 pm that time they are asking the order and saying that two Thai green chicken and tandoori roti was not available. They have given veg kolapuri and chapatti around 12. When they are taking the order that time itself they have to tell particular items are not available.

Location and all the staff members from the front desk to the restaurant staff right up to the cleaners - they went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The room was very well decorated to give that contemporary vibe, and was very well kept.

They did not allow me to check in as I reached an hour early and demanded extra charge. However while checking in at a lter date, they took more than an hour to check me in. They could have shown me some courtesy upon my request which they did not, After checking in finally they tried to become helpful

The hotel was conveniently located from the airport and a short 10 min walk from the train station. It is located in quiet leafy by-lanes - away from the hustle bustle of the main road. Furthermore, it’s a short walk from the Racecourse Road that has multi-cuisine restaurants, cafés, shopping malls, and multiplexes. The highlights of the property, through, were the well appointed and super comfortable studio rooms and the staff. The staff is super courteous, polite, and attentive to your every need. I would like to single out the FO staff namely - Akhil and Abbas and duty manager Zulfikar. They all went out of their way to make my stay special. A big thank you to Abhishek and Inderjeet from housekeeping for keep the rooms super clean and well stocked with beverages. Last but, surely not the least - the food. The breakfast buffet is definitely value for money. It has wide spread ranging from Continental to Indian and is very sumptuous. I am definitely going to returning to Eastin very soon. And, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to both business as well as leisure travellers.
