“The stay was not as per the expectations against the Rate of hotel rooms”
1) Bed sheets and blankets were not cleaned (Hairs were there on bed sheets) 2) Intercom Phone was not in working condition (No facility to communicate with Hotel Staff for any items requirements like shop & Towels) 3) Room was smelled of wooden furniture (Rooms might be in locked condition since from long time)
