Everything exceeded my epectations: beautiful location, 5min away from the beach, kind staff, excellent food... Could not recommend more.

Authentic renovated 19th century villa. Really what you would imagine out of the place like this. 4 meter high ceilings, wooden furniture perfect for the interior. Lots of artefacts, pictures and similar stuff in the hallways - almost like in museum. Super friendly staff - cheers to everyone! The breakfast is "sweet", but enough to feel you for half a day - croissants and other bakery, bread with ham and cheese, müsli with joghurt, some fruits, coffee (German pre-cooked variation). They even have they own-brand packaged pasta that can be bought as a souvenir which stems from the villa's agricultural past (and present).

An incredibly charming villa in the unrivaled Tuscany. A lot of pleasure, despite the short stay. I would happily stay here again.

Everything about this place is beautiful. Care and respect for the customers. It's a beautiful property. You must see this place. Pictures or words will not give justice. I would like to thank the beautiful receptionist A..a, for her help. Go to le spiaggie bianche for a swim.

Amazing location, short distance to Vada and to lots of lovely beaches. Absolutely stunning building and rooms, all very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, it is not a 24 hour reception, but they are very cosy about that when you check in and they left details of any local facilities we might need in the room. We even borrowed some bikes and had a great few days exploring the local network of bike routes!

“Hidden jewel”

Classy, elegant, a taste of "old rich" for "normal" travellers. Authenticity, history, care in every detail. Lovely breakfast. Highly enjoyable menu in the restaurant.

“Beautiful Villa”

This is a gorgeous olive farm. We even bought olive oil produced here. You can walk through the olive treas to go to some public beaches. We came by car and did not have to worry about parking. The property has a dedicated parking spot which is almost always empty. We enjoyed it a lot.

Location and gardens were nice. Near the sea too.

Good breakfast and great location

“Quiet location, no issues. Stunning building and setting”

Absolutely stunning property. We arrived just before 8pm and left the following day at 9am due to travelling on to Rome. We all wished we had longer there! Massive table on the kitchen and great for cooking. Has everything you’d need. Bedrooms are big and plenty of bathrooms for big groups. Mezzanine bedrooms great for the kids. Only downside is no lounge (sofa/comfy seating) if staying for longer but didn’t bother us.
