“Great days on the sea side in Tuscany”

The apartment is located in a fantastic proximity to the beach. It has everything you need including air conditioning that is very helpful when outside is 34-36C. Everything is modern. Staff of the main hotel complex is very helpful and speaks perfect English. There is a closed parking for your car under pine trees so your car is protected from strangers and from the sun.

Apartment is spacious enough for 4 people, nice garden. Well equipped kitchen, very close to sea ( short walk through the pine trees park). But the most important is a privacy, nobody disturbed us. Staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly We were not sure where we should throw garbage, but lady at the reception was nice and said that they take care of it. A big advantage, that the parking place is right near the apartment and under big trees.

Close distance to the beach. It was lovely to eat on the balcony. Having the use of a washing machine was brilliant. The sea is the best we have experienced in the recent years - sandy beach, sand when you enter sea, calm, warm, clean water and long shallow part. Possibility of renting a body board from the life guard. Lovely food at the mini market. Lovely forest cafe. Free shuttle bus 114 to Cecina and Rosagnano train station. Taxi to Cecina station 20 euro.

The sandy beach is just 3-5minutes far from apartment. Really comfortable terrace and barbecue zone. Free parking slot. Good bonus is a free swimming pool not far from apartment from Stella del Mare hotel.

Nice apartments, in a quiet, cozy place, everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, good beds, clean air, the sea is nearby, a store with everything you need is a 5-minute walk away, good ice cream and panini are very close.

An outstanding receptionist named J. Was super professional, dealed with everything very properly and charming. She realy made the difference and ensured that our stay was so pleasant that we decided to extend out stay.

Nice apartments, in a quiet, cozy place, everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, good beds, clean air, the sea is nearby, a store with everything you need is a 5-minute walk away, good ice cream and panini are very close.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel was clean, although a bit basic. The washing machine was super to have but it wouldn't hurt if it was cleaned occasionally.

“Great facilities, ideal distance to everything. Ideal location and friendly staff”

The partnered hotel villa mazzanta facilities were amazing, we absolutely loved the pool and the free bikes. The staff were the friendliest we’ve ever had! They couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly and went out of their way to help. It was nice having a bigger apartment with cooking facilities and lots of room. The garden was also nice for relaxing later in the evenings.

there is no wifi in the apartment (as it was written in the description -could not claim for it) but it should be not problem for me since I have Italian mobile sim card with unlimited internet but it was not written that there is about zero coverage of mobile internet in the apartment (and in outside the area around). So for price 200+ euro per night I would expect to have at least some even low speed internet - it was impossible to use any site - so it was evening internet-free :(

The beach is only 5 minutes away and there are several little weird arcanes, stores and karaoke things close by. Stange little place with charme!

The location was beautiful, 10 minutes walking to the seaside and the pinewood. The apartment is very close to the "main" hotel complex, with a bar, restaurant, and two swimming pools (one for babies and one for adults). Music and entertainment were also available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
