“Misleading offer”

We booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool (the main photo on their page), as it was crucial for our kids. Because of this, we chose a location further from the beach. It was a total disappointment. While we respect the rules about rain, by 1:00 PM the sun was out and the weather was beautiful. There was no reason to keep the pool closed. The receptionist kept misleading us all day: at 11:00 AM she said it would open in 2 hours, then at 1:30 PM she told us to wait for the lifeguard until 2:30 PM. When we returned at 3:30 PM, we were told there would be no lifeguard at all and she shrugged. Not sure if they are cutting costs on staff or what. The room was poorly maintained: a cracked toilet seat (very painful to sit on!) and ants crawling everywhere. The receptionist was dishonest. Later, another receptionist brought a handwritten apology note with some snacks and a Fanta. Honestly? If I wanted a Fanta and some snacks. A bottle of soda cannot compensate for the lost vacation time and our children's disappointment. We stayed further from the sea specifically for the pool, and we ended up with nothing. Avoid this place.

The appartements are quite new, very clean and confortable. The kids playground was also very good. It's a great place for familles and only 10 min by car from the beach. They also have a l'au dry which is quite useful when traveling with the kids

It's a beautiful flat resort with enough parking place. We arrived late after the reception was off of work but they left the keys for us so easily got in. We completed check in procedure next morning and the lady helped us warmly on questions about Pisa ZTL zone and parking. Very nice!

Very nice lady receptionist, she explained everything to us well. The accommodation is nicely situated away from the city, in an olive grove. The apartments are modern and clean. There is a nice and clean swimming pool. We returned after 3 years and we will be happy to return again.

Nice, small-ish holiday park with a lot of attention for the guests and for details. Clean rooms, nice play pool, good breakfast buffet.

We stayed for 3 nights and, while the surroundings and overall atmosphere were lovely and relaxing for a short family break with our 4-year-old daughter, there were several aspects that left us disappointed. We initially booked a deluxe suite, but were surprised to find it only accommodates two people. Since there were three of us, we had no choice but to upgrade to a larger room at an additional cost of €88 per night. On top of that, we were charged a €45 cleaning fee due to the room upgrade — and yet, our apartment was not cleaned once during our stay. Another unexpected cost was breakfast, which was not included in the upgraded package. We were charged €40 per day for the three of us. What made it more frustrating was being quoted three different prices before ultimately being charged the highest amount with no flexibility, also they gave us they increased the charge once we’d moved rooms. What we paid overall, we found this excessive and disappointing. While we did enjoy our time as a family and appreciated the peaceful setting, the accumulation of unexpected charges left a bitter taste and unfortunately means we wouldn’t return. €88 a day upgrade charge really should include breakfast adding and extra €120 to our stay for breakfast seems excessive.

“Spacious apartments and heated pool”

Room was spacious, We arrived after pool was closed and staff offered that we can stay next day after check out to enjoy heated pool. Breakfast was super good, could try also locally made olive oil (can purchase at hotel), mozzarella, vegetables, breads, cheeses, meats, cakes, coffee, juices etc. They have shop where they sell locally made perfumes and olive oil so beware - they are super good and you might want to leave all your money there. It is super kid friendly so take that into consideration (they have shallow pool for kids).

Welcoming at reception with good information provided. The unit was clean and although we didn't use the kitchen facilities it was well equipped. Private outside seating area. Good size pool. Good parking and the resort had plenty of space where you could walk your dog, both in the grounds and outside the resort . Vada itself is a nice location for visiting both the local and wider area. We stopped off for 1 night en route to France but would come back again for a longer stay.

An amazing place! My family loved it, and the time just flew by incredibly fast. The heated pool was wonderful, especially for the kids — they absolutely loved it. I’m sure we’ll be coming back more than once!
