loved the character of the building and location is amazing with the best views in all directions. Staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. The restaurant / bar next door was perfect provided very nice food presented well and could not have asked for anything more. Parked my motorcycle outside for 2 nights without a worry. Thank you

“Warm hospitality but needs some upgrades”
You can think of it as a mountain house surrounded by lush nature. The room does not offer much luxury, but it meets the expected standard for an overnight stay. The hotel manager is an incredibly attentive and generous person. She kindly offered us both liqueur and coffee, she was very sincere and helpful, unfortunately we forgot to ask her name. It’s located in a place with clean, fresh air. Reaching the hotel at night can be quite challenging, so caution is advised.

Hotel is located near the hiking path, has own amble parking. Restaurant is next building to the hotel, good local food & drinks. Simply furnished rooms, back to 80s - still it's very comfortable for stay. Central heating for chilly autumn/winter/spring period is a must, this hotel has it!

“A perfect place for those who are looking for a break in a quiet place with great service!”
Natasa, who welcomed and looked after us, was very, very friendly, helpful and nice We arrived quite late, but Natasa nevertheless conjured up a sumptuous dinner for us all within a short time. The breakfast was also very, very good. For a hotel that is somewhat remote in the mountains, it has every conceivable comfort! I want to return to this hotel one day

“The best stay in Slovenia”
The host is a great person, fully dedicated an helpful. We met for the first time and not only I learned about secrets of the surrounding area but also I was invited to join a local small party, which made me feel literally as a family member. Exceptional experience. Apart from it, rooms in a high standard and a delicious breakfast. Ljubljana in 30 minutes by car.

“Good value for money”
Very nice host (Sebastian). We did not accept the welcome drink, but he invited us for drinking on our last night and had a good talk with him. The accomodation was really ok, big, ~40nm with two dogs was more than enough. Comfortable bed, clean kitchen and bathroom, very big sofa for realxing after long hiking.

“Close and calm, but a bit oldschool”
- there is a restaurant in the property with decent food and with long working hours - location might be a plus - it's a bit in the middle of nowhere, with nice surroundings but still 15min drive from highway - availability and long check-in hours - clean
