What i particularly liked is that I forgot my charger and returned to my place. contacted the hotel and they mailed it back to me. but what was awesome is that how it packed with so much care. really jazakalla khair!

Location, helpful staff, complementary waffle service

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable

The room was cosy and nice-looking. City centre and trainstation are within walking distance. Good breakfast - tasty and local. I appreciate Greenstar for the sustainability.

Could do with more option at breakfast. Fried Egg and Bacon.

I like the location and the quick self-checkout option. The feasibility to charge car is also great.

“Automatic check in was a disaster”

I arrived after reception left. Their auto check in kiosk had a fault between the key card reader and computer (no connection). It seems likely that error was present when the staff left, but didn't double check. This meant that it wouldn't write my room to a card because the computer could not communicate with the card reader. I had to call the security company, spending up to 10 mins on hold before I got a human answer. They then had to calm the hotel chain and told me to reset the check in kiosk. That only rebooted the computer and not the card reader (that just remained powered on with no connection). I had suggested filling unplugging the whole machine but was not told if I should or not. Security then said they'd send a staff member to let me into the hotel, but could not give any ETA due to the event the staff was needed at more prioritized locations. Fortunately that was not the case, and someone arrived within 10 mins or so. In the end this security personal did unplug the full machine and then when it was all rebooted it did decide to work. In the end it took me over 30 mins from arriving at this hotel to finally being able to enter the room I had paid for. Bathroom is the type that asks if you want to take a shower, the answer to if you want a wet floor is just "yes" due to the design chosen. Breakfast was very basic, possibly due to the minimal amount of people staying at the time I was.

“Practical hotel Close to Vaasa”

Close to vaasa car Museum Simple Design of Interieur, comfortable bed, parking. Micro Waves to prepare meals, practical tools like washing machine available

Clean, room was small but enough, breakfast was ok. Free EV charging on the premises.

I did not like that a cleaner wanted to clean my room 30 min before check out. Kocked and opend the door. I was still sleeping.

The location was excellent breakfast good

Very kind reception staff, easy check-in / check-out, good sound-proofed windows (we had a room on the ground floor overlooking a junction but noise was not a problem). At the end of the corridor there was a sort of a kitchenette with everything you needed to brew a cup of tea or coffee or even warm up a bite to eat. The fridge with locker-boxes for each room was useful, too.
