“Beautiful accomodation with amazing view above the town”

The location and the firendliness of the hosts. It is located on the hill and it gives a really beautiful overview of the town. Our apartment offered private outdoor facilities which really made the stay memorable and comfortable.

Everything. The area is magnificent (make sure to visit Lucca and Siena, at least); the house is a charming and cosy one, and Gianluca and Vanessa are the best hosts you could hope for. Moreover, 1000 points more as they also have the cutest dog, Paco, and four beautiful cats and they are always around - as an animal lover, it was an absolute dream. If there is anything you need, Gianluca & Vanessa will be available - tips on where to go, eat and see. And, above all, they are absolutely amazing people. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was extremely clean, it has all you need (kitchen, toilet with some products as well), towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel; the bed was extremely comfortable, and last but not least - the stunning view from our own terrace. That silence and peace are, indeed, priceless. Not that we minded at all - it honestly added to the adventure - but just a little heads-up: the drive up the hill is a bit steep…although without it, you wouldn’t get those incredible views 🥹 (and it's easy to do, so not an issue at all).

In today’s fast-paced world, La Casa sui Colli is a truly magical place where you can escape from all the rush and simply relax. It is an oasis of peace surrounded by olive groves, with breathtaking views over the landscape, where time seems to slow down and everything suddenly feels more meaningful. The entire accommodation has an amazing atmosphere - it is incredibly quiet, everything is perfectly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail feels carefully designed with love, making you feel truly special during your stay. Mornings with views of the greenery and quiet evenings were some of the most beautiful moments for us. Gianluca and Vanessa are absolutely wonderful hosts - very friendly, kind, and always willing to help. You can really feel that they care about their guests and do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. It was an unforgettable stay for us, and we would love to come back again one day. ❤️

we had a lovely holiday. we were there 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 9. the place is quiet, cosy and authentic. each rental unit has its own private terrace with a fantastic view. the host family lives on site and are really nice and very helpful with questions and are happy to make recommendations for experiences. if you want peace, idyll and an authentic experience this is the place. we will definitely come again.

An isolated, calm and rejuvenating place for those who want to have a peace of mind. It has a stunning view of the city and has a garden straight out of fairytales. The owners were extremely nice and friendly and gave us a ton of recommendations as of is worth checking out around the area. Around June at nightfall a swarm of fireflies turned the place into something magical. Would definitely recommend for those who seek the solitude of Tuscany and are not afraid of steep slopes when approaching the accommodation. We stayed there as a couple and It was well beyond our expectations.

“Perfection!”

We stayed nearly a week in this lovely place. Our accommodation had everything we needed: a private terrace, a comfortable bed, hand-embroidered bed linens and hand-ironed sheets, everything was spotlessly clean. Fresh flowers and beautiful details made it all feel so special. The hosts were absolutely wonderful people, and their pets wandered peacefully around the area. There was also a small, charming pool area to enjoy. We got to enjoy olive oil made by the owners, and we could pick delicious cherries and peaches straight from the trees. We truly hope we’ll have the chance to return someday ♥️

The property is located between Lucca and Florence, and very convenient to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Each apartment has its own terrace, bbq and deckchairs. It is nicely decorated and well equipped (hair dryer, fan, etc). The garden is lovely too, and our kids enjoyed petting cats, dog and goats. The swimming pool is small but perfect for a dip during hot days. Last but not least, the owners are very nice and friendly. They offered us some delicious tomatoes from their garden and had prepared a complimentary basket when we arrived with coffee, olive oil, and so forth.

La Casa sui Colli is a special one, this place feels like home and it’s clearly created with much love and attention to even the smallest details. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The surroundings and the view from the terrace are amazing and the pool was super chill. Gianluca and Vanessa are very kind, welcoming and interested, but they also do respect your privacy. They have some lovely animals walking around who are so sweet and cuddly. The place has also a good location if you want to visit some cities like Lucca, Florence or Pisa. We enjoyed every second of staying in La Casa sui Colli and we will absolutely come back once! 🧡 Greetings, Nina & Finn

“Very much enjoyed our stay at Case Sui Colli”

It was great to have a large grassy area of outside space - both an eating area - and also a chill out area with comfy arm chairs / sofa, and with a fabulous view. The pool area was lovely, and well kitted out with sun loungers. The beds were very comfortable.
