Excellent experience. We really felt at home, and the host was extremely helpful when we had any questions. The apartment is well-equipped (decent hair dryer, dishwasher, a rack for drying clothes, etc.), and we also really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Beautiful property, perfect location for exploring area with only short journeys to Lucca and surrounding area. The house is immaculate, clean and the beds are so comfortable. The host is lovely and incredibly attentive and available immediately if we ever needed anything. The consideration by the host to stock essentials for us and a lovely package of coffee etc really makes the difference. I would recommend this beautiful place and will be back myself. The hot tub in the olive grove elevated it to the next level! Perfect.

“A wonderful gem for a quiet and calm stay”

We picked the apartment because we wanted to stay at a calm place to be able to visit Pisa and Lucca but not staying in a busy city. There’s free parking on the premises, but we parked at the public parking lot 100 m from the building. We had no worries and there was always room. Emanuela was the best host ever, she spoke perfect English, was on time, she let us check in early, and provided us with all the information one could possibly need. She was constantly available during our stay. The apartment itself was spotless and we’ll-equipped. There was a little welcome-package which we appreciated and a compiled binder with restaurant tips and additional information. Lovely was also the AC and the dark curtains (we slept like babies). We also loved the washing machine and the dish washer! The apartment is located in a beautifully restored building with a lovely outdoor space. There‘s citrus plants everywhere and enough space to eat outside or to relax on the daybeds. Both nights we used the hot tub and enjoyed the view and the olive trees. A once-in-a-lifetime-experience!

Time spent in this place is pure pleasure. The people taking care of the house were always helpful (even late at night ;)) Beautiful views, fantastic climate and delicious local olive oil. With a clear conscience, my family and I recommend this place!

Spacious and warm with insulated windows and good aircon. Grapefruit trees are beautiful. View from the kitchen window was awesome. Dishwasher, washing machine all helped us during our two week stay. We didn’t use the spa but it looked really nice.

Our family group stayed for 6 nights in two different apartments and loved it. The location was great for exploring Tuscany. The apartments were well equipped (including a lovely welcome pack which was so lovely) and we loved the outdoor areas. Emanuella was always available and a very helpful host. There was on site secure parking.
