“Superb.”
Great guesthouse in superb historical location. Very helpful and friendly owner. Terrace with a splendid view, where you can spend the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen, and nice, clean apartment. Windows equipped with mosquito nets (a necessity). We decided to park cars before city gate, but there is a parking a bit above the building. Grazie Velia.

We didn't expect to be located in such a beautiful, friendly, cosy and unique location! Old mediterranean borgo, with stoned paths, old buildings and exceptional atmosphere, located on the top of the hill above Pescia town. Splendid view! The building itself, terrace, old wooden door and even the lock key told the story of this place. The apartment is big, comfortable, clean. The Hosts are very kind and hospitable. And if you are a cats lover, it's a place for you! Every day at least 3 of local furs come to say good morning and good night ;)

it’s a nice little apartment with a lovely view, wonderful breeze, and the sound of the birds was just so relaxing and nice. The owner was very nice too 😊 Parking was hessil free, just few meters away from apartment.
