this is the only accomodations that can give me late check in, because our flight originally landed at trabzon around 22.30, so I told them via message and their instagram account that I'll be arrived around 2 a.m., but it got delayed so we've arrived at hotel around 3 a.m., fortunately the staff is still there, so many thanks for him,

“Perfect Stay”
I wanted to share my recent experience of staying at the hotel. It was truly a lovely stay, highlighted by its fantastic location. One side of the hotel overlooks the Uzongol River, while the other faces the mountain, giving guests a choice based on their interests. The hotel’s furniture and amenities were excellent, and the warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast offered was average, though it’s located in a nearby building, which has ample space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is great for a short stay, and I will definitely return to the same place on my next visit. The room size was good, and I appreciated that every room has a balcony, allowing us to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views. While the bazaar and restaurants are a bit far, they are accessible on foot or a quick five-minute drive if you have a car. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I am looking forward to my next visit!

The Hotel was good enough with the location, facilities and etc. However, the staff was awful! They cheated on us regarding the conditioning as it was very cold! Only after social media postings they managed to make the rooms hot! We were 18 people, 9 out of us were children! 1 day we were very in cold condition!

The location was great and parking was available. Deluxe suite bedroom size was deceptive in photos, too tight to even get down from the bed.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Check in was quick and easy. They insisted on helping with the luggage despite the fact That I only had two small bags. They answered all of my questions and told me a bit about the region too. The room was very clean and comfortable! Although I didn't cook, the kitchen unit was well equipped for a short stay! One thing to know before you go - there is no alcohol to be found anywhere on the lake and they many cater to very religious tourist from the Arab world. If you are looking for a party, this is not the place for you!
