The room was nice and clean, big bed, towels and slippers available. Breakfast was also good.

Spacious and well equipped hotel room. Good and stable Internet connection. Friendly personnel. Affordable breakfast options. Spa facilities available for an additional fee. The hotel is quite close to the city center - around 15 minutes by foot, but it's located in the industrial suburbs.

The building is nicely renovated, rooms are modern, very clean and well-equipped. The hotel has a safe, closed courtyard, where one can park one's car. Staff is very friendly and there's always someone, who speaks English. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Uzhgorod. Price was reasonable.

Great place! Due to my work, I come to Uzhhorod on a regular basis. Ungvarskiy is the best option for business and vacation trips! It`s my second time staying here and surely not the last one! :-)

Well presented and attractive with nice staff. Our stay wasn't long enough to take full advantage of the facilities. Obviously this is in Ukraine, so the *main* language is Ukrainian, not English. This is only advice to potential visitors, definitely *not* a criticism of the hotel.

The room was extremely clean, and had everything you needed for a short stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, was patient with us when we spoke limited Ukrainian and helped us with all our questions. I would stay here again if I visited this town in the future.

Had an amazing stay at UNGVARSKIY THERMAL! From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome—they truly cared about making my trip special. Check-in was super easy; they even gave me great tips on what to see and do nearby. My room was perfect—clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The bed was dreamy, and I loved all the little extras like complimentary water. It felt like every detail was carefully thought out. The thermal facilities were a total game-changer. Seriously, the pools and wellness area were so relaxing—I could’ve stayed there all day. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in keeping everything spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast? Incredible! So many options and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is awesome too—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I wanted to explore. It really felt like the perfect escape. All in all, I was blown away by my experience at Ungvarskiy Thermal. This is it if you’re looking for a place to relax and get treated like royalty. I’m already planning my next trip back!
