Nice location, clean, friendly people everywhere around the premises. Everything is nearby if you need anything.

We traveled by car, so we appreciated the parking. There was a nice restaurant near by, which was convenient. The hotel itself does not stand by the road, so it was quiet there. The hosts were very nice. The place uses sun energy which is super cool.

Complete mismatch with the description and terrible customer communication. We booked a room for three adults. Upon check-in, the room had 2 blankets, 2 sets of dishes, and 2 sets of towels. We had to practically beg for the third blanket, which we were informed would incur an additional charge of 200 UAH. No one asked us about anything else, so it should be assumed that for 3 adults, there should be 3 blankets. We specifically reserved a room with a double bed and a SOFA BED. But look at the photos, does this look like a sofa with a bed function? No, it's a poorly functioning chair that cannot even be converted into a flat sleeping surface. It's simply an old piece of junk that is impossible to sleep on.

The location is ok if you want to stay in the city but not in the center. The staff was nice as we had an issue with a car and they offered to help us fix it, but then apparently there was a misunderstanding and they were not able to help after all. Still it was nice for them to offer help. The sofa was comfortable to sleep on.

They asked me prepayment even booking says there is no need. They don’t speak in English and the guy who works in there told me that i am in Ukraine so i must speak in Ukrainian and he wasnt kidding.
