The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The hostel was clean. Yes, just the basics but done well. Air conditioning works great. The staff made sure the hostel rules were maintained and respected by arriving guests. I liked that they were not afraid to throw out guests who arrived in a rude and drunk state, even if they paid for their rooms in advance.

I had a wonderful stay at City Hostel Panorama! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The well equiped kitchen made cooking easy. The location was really good, close to the city center and most of the sights are within walking distance. Overall, an 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable place to stay.

“Not up to the expectations”
The receptionist was not ready to switch on air conditioning. She first told me that ac is not working in all the rooms but when i told her that it will be a problem and i want air conditioning because it was very hot then she turned it for just 1 hr. Even at night we had to open the window and sleep while sweating the whole night :(
