“Fantastic hotel close to stunning Uyuni Salt Flats”
Exceptional service. Very kind and attentive people. We also loved the room, the location, the all day tea bar, and the breakfast was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was really great. Bathroom was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Service in the morning and getting a taxi to the airport was painless. If you like paying by credit card, then this place is not for you. We paid by US$ cash. No problem. This cash only policy may change in the future, but for the present, it did not bother us.

Spacious room and bathroom, no issue on hot water supply in the bathroom. The breakfast exceeds our expectation with variety of choices instead of just basic dishes, and the service is very good.

“Avoid this place, its a tourist trap. They will charge you extra upon arrival.”
Avoid this place, its a tourist trap. We booked the hotel with 225$ for two days. When we arrived they forced us to pay in Soles with their own imaginary rate 1 dollar = 10 Soles, instead of the actual rate 1 dollar = 7.4 Soles. This meant that we had to pay 2250 soles = 320$ instead of the 225$ that we booked it from Booking.com Another option would have been to decline and pay one night stay as "late cancellation fee" 110$. We decided to stay, the rooms were really cold during the night and beds were uncomfortable. The receptionist was rude and didnt know or agree to speak english with us. WiFi didnt work properly.

“Excellent choice if looking for value for money!”
Hotel Cristales de Sal is excellent value for money. It is clean. Rooms are a good size. Showers and sink have very good hot water. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good considering the size of the hotel, with fresh eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits and amazing coffee. Free hot water throughout the day so you can make instant coffees and teas. Lastly the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady in charge of the kitchen.

“Loved!”
We loved it! Driving into Uyuni we though we couldn't really expect any luxery here. However, this place was fantastic. Very comfy bed, early check-in availability, hot shower. Loved!
