My complaints was that the left keeps being off and for someone like with am with a hip pain, it was difficult coming down the stairs without the left

The location, the staff, the food, the restaurant, the rooftop bar. EVERYTHING!!! Awesome hotel and a must stay if you're in Uyo. Tremendous rooms, bathroom / shower, wifi.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, with courteous and friendly staffs. The food was tasty and fresh while its proximity to major interest points around the city was a plus for me. Least I forget, secured as well.
