I arrived early, dropped off my luggage, and was able to use their bikes to explore the city. Having a bike if you're not traveling by car is a really good way to explore the city. I also liked the orange juice at the 1st floor.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful and courteous. Parking and check-in was simple. I enjoyed the courtesy coffee and various other items on offer. A good sized comfortable room.

“A very pleasant stop in Uwajima!”
Friendly welcome, orange juice, tea/coffee complimentary along with a lovely choice of bath salts! Room was clean and had everything you needed. We had rooms on 6th floor with a city view. Bought a fresh pastry for breakfast in the morning!

The staff were excellent, remembering who we were, looking after our bags for us when we arrived early - and there were lovely touches like free fresh orange juice and bath salts to take up to your room.

Staff are very friendly, room was large with a good sized table. Mandarin, mandarin juice and coffee stations make it good value. Well located a short distance from the railway station. Guests can choose to change towels daily and there are other environmental initiatives. Obento breakfast (700yen) was fresh. Close to the supermarket.

Easy. Great location for my purposes. Nice staff. Laundry facilities. All sorts of toiletries. Q-tips! Bath salts. Breakfast sandwich to take on the road- I was walking the Shikoku 88.

It was a perfect place to stay. I am currently driving around the island of Shikoku, and this was in a very convenient spot on my trip. My japanese is not good but the staff did everything they could to help.

“Close to the train station and welcoming staff.”
The welcome I received upon arriving was super cheerful and helpful. The staff remembered my room number when I collected the key after being out. The hotel is sn easy walk to the JR station and it isn't too far from Uwajima castle. The price was excellent and the single room I had was comfortable. I'll stay there again when I return in the future to watch the bull sumo.
