Everything was amazing!! The photos don't do this place justice. The pool area is absolutely lovely, surrounded by foliage and two areas to sit and relax by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home, and the bedroom has Aircon. We were so lucky to see macaws, capuchin monkeys and a curious toucan about 5m away from us in the garden areas!! The accommodation is within walking distance to the national park and there are some great restaurants nearby - the falafel restaurant is really good! We met one of the owners when we tried to drop off our laundry and he was really helpful!! Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

“Perfect holiday house in Uvita”

Ocean Melody 4 is awesome! We loved our stay. Everything was well thought to make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook including a blender to make delicious smoothies from fresh tropical fruits bought at Uvita's market. We spent hours swimming in the pool. The house is ideal for a couple or like us a small family with a child. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. Uvita has a great vibe and the location of the house is perfect. Quiet and walkable to many good restaurants, supermarket, bakery, fresh market on Wednesday and the Bahia Ballena park. It's definitely a place where you feel you are on holiday. The house was spotlessly clean and came with perfect instructions.

Our stay at Ocean Melody 4 was a wonderful. It is a beautiful house, that is cozy and quaint yet has all the amenities including a great pool & air conditioning. If you like walking it is situated close to & in walking distance of all of the beach entrances. If you prefer you can also rent a car and drive to the beach. There is a cafe , small bakery & a weekly market & small restaurants nearby. It's a great way to get the feel of a real Costa Rican neighborhood with views of the jungle & mountains that surround it.. Ocean Melody is a very wonderful Villa where you will feel at home. The house & pool are kept extremely clean. It's a perfect option for those looking for privacy and owners keep it affordable for visitors.

Staying at this place was an absolute joy. The house is beautifully designed and very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of stunning plants, adding a tropical charm to the surroundings. The swimming pool is fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is excellent, just a short distance from Marino Ballena National Park. We’d love to come back!

I can’t recommend this place enough; great value for money, fantastic location, well-appointed and comfortable. Lots of wildlife in the garden, loved the pool.

“Practical but not ideal for us.”

The kitchen had everything you need to cook, the pool was nice but on a time pump, so dirty eveytime we returned as we were not able to control the pump. The location was great, rented bicycles at shop next to Nativo restaurant. We felt secure once the fence was locked. The water pressure and shower were great! Walkung distance to places to eat and beach, easy to catch the bus as well to the other beach, such as Playa Hermosa.

The property was beautiful little oasis. The host was very helpful whenever we needed help. We appreciated the AC so much to get away from the peak heat. So grateful for this stay.

Everything was perfect. We had 2 amazing days in Uvita. Excellent contact with the host. The house is brand new, fully equipped. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Barbecue area. A place on the terrace overlooking the forest, where you can eat peacefully. Comfortable and large bed. Excellent internet connection. Very clean and functional bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, you can only hear birds (hummingbirds, parrots and toucans). Fantastic pool, hammock and plenty of space where you can relax. No problem to find restaurants and eat in the area. To the beach quite close about 10 minutes walk. We also used the laundry service (fast and inexpensive - we recommend). This place has everything you need and is very comfortable. We travelled with our two kids and they really enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. You are 10 minutes walk from the beach which is a plus. We would highly recommend this place.

This was the best property of our entire stay in Costa RIca and we stayed in 6 different locations. They have literally thought of everything!! The private pool is fantastic and the property is in a really quiet central location I could not recommend highly enough... you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Wow, what a place Entry via big bright red tall gates, wide enough for vehicle access & parking, nicely tended gardens, two seating areas, with there always being a shady option (needed) pool was superb and bigger than the pictures suggest....washing line outside, perfect as can be in the under cover if raining and in the sun if its out. Once we got inside, it was lovely, its basic but in a 'you've got all you need kind of way,' two seater sofa bed, kitchen counter with stools so you can sit & eat....full working kitchen complete with cooking oil, sugar, coffee, salt and pepper, coffee was a fab touch ! we had plenty enough for our 4 days there. There is a smart tv, but your on holiday so not really needed. Bathroom a good size, great overhead shower with additional shower head for rinsing etc.... Bedroom a good size, plug sockets either side, double aspect, patio doors with mozzie screens (these were on all windows and doors) very comfy bed and good storage with a large wardrobe.....excellent AC as well...…this in the bedroom only but you can use the blackout blinds to block the mid day sun out. Rear balcony with table & chairs over looking the forest, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach as well as you are only a ten min walk to the national park entrance, We saw white faced capuchins 2 out of 4 days, plenty of birds, Scarlett breasted tanager the most frequent and amazingly we saw Scarlet macaws every day out the front, high in the trees, you'll need a good camera to catch them. The area is very quiet.......El Cardon at the top of the road (2 min walk) was a fab Mexican, Que Tuanis cafe great for a sandwich and local food, used by the locals as well.....supermarket next door to this was the closest .....ten mins walk to park entrance, great food options if a little pricey were also available on this 'main strip' Fernandos was great, Veggie Patacones meal was brilliant..... Go and book, cannot fault this place at...
