“Perfect place apart from the AC not working”

The room was very comfortable, with a fresh and clean feel. Exactly matched the description and pictures on booking.com. The disabled parking was available in good proximity to our room after my wife broke her leg.

“Amazing!”

We were a group of 6 adults. The apartment has a very spacious common area, a private garden, and access to a shared swimming pool. The view was beautiful, and being able to observe animals directly from the garden was a wonderful experience. The nighttime sounds of nature were also amazing and added to the overall atmosphere. The apartment is modern, with high ceilings, and feels very airy – you truly feel comfortable and relaxed there. The storage space was excellent, making the apartment very suitable even for a longer stay. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. He even assisted us when we needed to find a dentist, which we really appreciated. The area is beautiful and peaceful, yet there is one of the few really good supermarkets nearby. We would definitely love to come back.

“Great service”

Great Apartment and the owner was a rock star!

The room was nice. The pool was great, too :) However, the price was quite high for the not so great location (in comparison to other accommodations we had during our trip). Also, there was no breakfast included.

Sylvain’s place was fantastic! As other reviews mention, he is incredibly helpful and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. It’s a boutique hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and we ended up spending a good amount of time just unwinding there, playing games, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The rooms were excellent—super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay. If you’re visiting Uvita, I’d definitely recommend hiring a bike to get around—it makes exploring the area so much easier. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks, Sylvain!

“Oasis in Uvita”

If you are planning a trip to Uvita, do not look any further. This place has it al. A warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms and bathroom, nice pool to have a chill and gaze into nature. Thank you Sylvian for our amazing stay.

Hotel Faremita is a little oasis in Uvita not too far from the national park. It has beautifully designed rooms with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. Rooms possess a nice big balcony. Tghe property has a beautiful inner courtyard with a pool to refresh yourself. At night, there is nice lightening, so you can still end the day with a dip in the water. We would definitely recommend Faremiti if you wanna stay in a cozy environment in walking distance from Parque La Ballena. We will surely revisit when travelling again to Uvita.

The pictures don’t serve the property justice, it’s much better in person. The bungalow is very spacious and ideal for a family of 5 adults, with its own private patio space and access to the pool and hot tub. Very quiet and private and a perfect place to spend Christmas.

“Beautiful relaxing stay in ideal location”

Beautiful property in a quiet but central location. Café around the corner and other amenities. Easy walk to the beach and local shops. The room itself is modern, clean and tastefully decorated. One of the more well-dressed spaces. Lovely bed, AC, shower. My room opened up to the pool and jacuzzi, felt like it was my own private space. Clean, spacious and would highly recommend when staying in Uvita.

Great hotel! We had the apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was spacious! Rooms were nicely decorated, modern and clean. The pool is also a great addition. WiFi worked great. Great location not far from Uvita beach.

Excellent service here - good communication by what’s app beforehand and also help with booking tours (we did the whale watching). We were able to check into our rooms when we arrived at 1pm, even though check in was technically 3pm. Rooms are very comfortable with good aircon and nice balconies. Pool and jacuzzi facilities are wonderful. Very laid back place and great value.

“Exceptional Small Hotel @ Uvita”

The two-bedroom unit where we stayed was perfect for a family or two couples. The two bathrooms were spotless with a modern look. The kitchen was amazing (although we didn't cook), and the living space was comfortable for sharing meals. The property contains a small pool and a hot tub, which we used and found a delightful break from the salt water. At check-in, we were shown the property, and the owner reached out to us both in person and via WhatsApp to ask if we needed anything. A coffeeshop is just up the pathway for early morning lattes and pastries. Two good restaurants are within a two-minute walk. There are two grocery stores within a five minute drive.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and lovely outside lounge area by pool. Our host was very helpful in getting us settled for an early check in at very short notice! Great location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We particularly loved Playa Hermosa located a few km away.. recommend!

The hotel is nice decorated and with attention at details. The pool is cool and perfect for an afternoon swim. Sylvain, the host, is very helpfull. The location is also convenient with two restaurants in walking distance, the entrance to the Marino Ballena park is 5 minutes by car, other restaurants are 5-10 min by car.
