The bungalow looks very good it's equipped with a nice kitchen very well prepared with all what you need, it's clean new bathroom very nice , outside area very comfortable and the pool is super nice. Close to supermarket and restaurants. The host is also very nice and helpful. We enjoyed it.

The Accomodation is nice and has everything you need. You can use the washing machine for 15 USD if needed. The host was friendly and the property well maintained.

The property itself offers everything you need to relax. Guests have access to a swimming pool. The apartment was modern, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. This studio is one of only three at Casa Uvita Bay, and is spacious, clean and comfortable with good aircon and wifi, as well as a very nice shared small pool. It's situated in a quiet and tranquil area within a few minutes walk of mini supermarkets, restaurants, a good bakery and of course the main entrance to Marino Ballena national park. Our hosts Escarlet and Dave were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.

“Fantastic!”

Fantastic property, host and location. Right on the edge of the beach, restaurants and in the rainforest. You are surrounded by macaws, parakeets and all of Costa Rica’s wildlife. Lots to do in the area. Property was comfortable and expertly maintained, it had everything we needed in the kitchen area, bed was comfy and the whole apartment was spacious. Secure and accessible parking on site. We would / will definitely return and recommend, and could easily have stayed longer.

Casa Uvita Bay has a very good location surrounded by peace. The place is very cozy and rooms are super clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice to chill out. Scarlet (the host) is super friendly and she really expects you enjoy the most while there.

Modern, cozy and perfectly equipped studio. Welcoming hosts which also gave valuable tips for the local area. Walking distance to the national park, supermarkets and restaurants. Lot of birds and nature sounds in the morning.

Beautiful venue, pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off after a hot day, hosts were lovely and pointed out some toucans sitting in the trees above the hotel. Rooms were everything you needed really. Very glad we stayed here.

We found this oasis by chance. We were looking for accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and a pool so that our kids aged 4 and 7 would feel comfortable. We found this absolutely recommendable accommodation on booking.com. The location is brilliant - shopping, surfing, activities, everything just around the corner! And the pool is a dream! Swimming and watching toucans, scarlet macaws and the like at the same time, simply unique. The host David and his wife is also very accommodating and gives you insider tips on what to do in Uvita and the surrounding area. After 5 nights we extended our stay by another 5 nights. Unfortunately, the stay is now over. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here - we can recommend it wholeheartedly!!!! Thank you very much Casa Uvita Bay😍

“Great stay with the luxury of a pool, great value for money!”

The property is really beautifully designed, and the addition of the shared outside space is a real bonus - even though we didn't get to use it to its maximum because of the rain, it would have been a game changer in better weather. David and Escarlett are very attentive hosts, and they were present and available to support with whatever was needed, such as recommendations and extra towels, even looking after our belongings when we arrived far ahead of schedule and keeping us up to speed about when the room would be ready. The room itself was great, with everything we needed for our short stay, but we would have managed a much longer stay with the facilities, with a fully equipped kitchen and storage space. Location wise, we were a 5 minute drive from any of the beaches in Bahia Uvita and 2 minutes away from an amazing breakfast recommendation, Que Tuanis. We would definitely return if we would ever be in Uvita again
