The location was great and the staff were lovely. They had a laundry downstairs which was very handy, and it was close to public transport.

Very basic breakfast but satisfactory. The staff were very friendly and always accommodating. It is exactly as advertised, a clean budget hotel.

The excellent bed and pillow were great, making my stay comfortable. The staff were invaluable and went above and beyond to help me by speaking to the taxi driver at my destination, which was the bus stop for the express bus to Haneda airport. Without their help, I probably would not have found the location of the bus stop. Also, the staff registered me as a member of Marriott Bonvoy so that I can check in earlier. Although the room was tiny and the bathroom was the smallest of all in Japan, Overall it was a wonderful stay.
