We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Tochigi. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are new, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste, but that’s just a personal preference. The surrounding Romantic Village area is charming, though it’s starting to feel a little dated in some parts. Overall, a very nice hotel with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere — we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very attentive and caring. I arrived at hotel about 9pm, all nearby parking lots were occupied, staff came out and ask me to park at the reserved handicap lot instead.
