“Great appartment”

The apartment is great with a private garden. We stayed for 7 nights. The location is in a good and quiet place and close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to the city center or take the bus. We are used to good facilities and had everything we needed and did not miss anything. The communication with the landlord was great. The bed and bedding were very good. We give this apartment and the landlord the highest rating and recommend it.

Cosy little studio appartment on the edge of the old town located on a quiet side street. Easy 15 minute walk to the town centre - Domtoren. Many good quality eating options in the adjoining streets. The appartment is spotlessly clean and well appointed with access to a lovely wee garden and patio. We had a wonderful time in Utrecht - not too touristy and a real buzz to the place. I’ve never seen so many bicycles, that’s part of the attraction- be careful crossing the road though. The locals were always courteous, friendly and hospitable. Amble along the canals and enjoy the many cafes and antique stores on offer. All come highly recommended.

Nice small one bedroom flat, finely furnished; nice area at a walk distance from the Unviersity and the heart of Utrecht. The area is quiet and lovely. Landlord is very polite and discrete. The little dog is amazing.

Everything about this place was perfect! The host was so helpful and great at communicating all details about the property. I loved the location: peaceful and a short walk from the center of Utrecht. The property is beautiful and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!!! Lovely selection of teas and coffees, and very much enjoyed having our morning coffee out in the private garden! I hope to visit Utrecht again and if I do this will be the place I stay ❤️

The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the room was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the street was quiet - perfect for a nice rest after a long day! The host was extremely accommodating and really helped us out, responding quickly. It made the week-long stay in Utrecht amazing. The location is also convenient, and the town was quaint and lovely! Definitely recommend staying here.

Wondeful and quiet appartment with relaxing backyard/terrace, great and friendly host, perfect location. Supermarket, puplic transport (10 min to P&R) and restaurants wirhin 5 min walking distance. City center not even 10 min to walk.

“Perfect location and dreamy apartment”

Idyllic stay! I stayed for four nights while travelling for work and my husband also came along and worked remotely from the apartment. It was so perfect for what we needed and the communication from Arjan was fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't meet as our flight times were antisocial and we didn't want to disturb anyone, but the self check in and out process was flawless. I'll definitely be back
