“Top location, fabulous apartment”

Fabulous location for discovering Utrecht, plenty of shops on the doorstep.

The living room is large and well decorated, it is a cozy space. The owners/hosts are very kind and proactive; it was very easy to collect the keys. There are plenty of products and amenities in the kitchen and it was perfectly clean. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to visit Utrecht.

“Cozy and authentic place”

The house was built in the 17th century and is s very authentic to the surroundings. Despite if it’s age it is quite comfortable and warm. Location is nice: about 15 minutes by feet to the Dom Tower. A supermarket working till 10pm, souvenir, cheese shops and even a cat caffe are only several meters away.

“Great stay at Utrecht”

Ton, the host, was very organised and communicated the ins and outs to us well in advance. Location was superb! Very close to the train station (one or two stops away from central) surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Definitely a recommended place to stay when you are in Utrecht!

“A gem of an apartment in Utrecht”

Location was an easy 15 minute, very safe walk from the centre of Utrecht, following the canal with shops and bars along the way. Number 2 bus from the corner of the road into Utrecht Central Station for anyone that doesn't want to walk it (€2.90.one way). The apartment was really comfortable and the photos almost don't do it justice as the sleeping space is bigger than it looks. Double bed and a single in a large room upstairs (or single on the landing if preferred) , together with a sofa bed in the lounge. The hosts left the fridge full of a wonderful selection of foods and juice for breakfast, as well as fruit and bread. That lasted us for 3 days of breakfasts and still we didn't get through it all. Bakers and supermarket almost opposite and cheese shop next door. There's literally nothing that's not on the doorstep. Utrecht is full of buzzing pavement cafes/bars/restaurants and a huge selection of independent shops/boutiques aswell as a fabulous modern shopping mall. There were also market stalls on the Saturday we were there. Will definitely be back to La Perle before long.

Well situated, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast provided. Friendly and helpful staff, ensured we had everything we needed. Well furnished and maintained. Would stay again if returned to the area.

The apartment was welcoming, clean and charming, and the breakfast was very good. The communication with the host, Ton, was very easy.
