Beautiful, quiet location, immaculately clean, lovely garden and warm hosts. Every detail well thought out, and gorgeous property. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the owners take real pride in how beautiful the flat is.

The condo was so convenient, Boho and even had a large porch where people can do bbq. Definitely worth it and the hosts are there for you.

We have never stayed in a place as good as this, in all of our travels. We all loved everything about the accommodation, the layout of it, with the section of patio garden with a pond and automatic awning, to the curved walls and modern feel. Everything felt not only comfortable, but luxurious as well. The children were amazed as well, especially by the bath with jacuzzi bubbles. Everyone was provided with not just towels, but bathrobes and slippers, which was unexpected but a lovely touch! The air conditioning was a welcome feature, if you're staying in the heat of summer, it can be the difference between a full sleep and no sleep. The complimentary drinks and snacks were amazing, everything you need and more is provided in the room upon arrival, and if you were looking for a separate place to go to unwind once the kids are in bed, there is a communal billiards room downstairs from the lobby. Everything was immaculate, and we will definitely be looking to stay there again as we fell in love with Utrecht during our trip. We wouldn't dream of booking anywhere else when in the Netherlands! Located in a quiet, out-of-the-way neighborhood, but with good transport links to the center of Utrecht. The apartment itself is very spacious, bright, and clean, with all possible amenities (bathrobes, jacuzzi, toothbrushes, washing machine, pleasant scents). The apartment was also cleaned regularly. The staff were very friendly. A place worth recommending to anyone who wants to rest, relax and explore the Netherlands at the same time.

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed, and a really good location with a main bus route within 1 min walk. Hosts are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, couldn't ask for better.

“Excellent stay near downtown with upscale amenities”

We stayed in Guest Room Utrecht New York suite during our daughter’s diploma exhibition. We needed comfort, quietness and relaxation. What we’ve have gotten was exceeded our expectations. We had a spacious room with super comfy, high standard beds, adjacent to an open concept, large bathroom with rain and massage shower, double sink and jakuzzi bathtub. We had also a great patio with a huge “zen-like” garden with complete privacy, where we could enjoy our complimentary wine. After it we enjoyed binge watching Netflix films from our bed! The suite had both sunshade and air conditioning, but we preferred to open the door to the garden and enjoy birds chirping. In the room we had a minibar with snacks, drinks, coffee tea and instant soups. But also had access to a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and various, amazing attention on everything. Well worth to order it! Hennie and Margriet are very friendly people and took care from the first minute to the last to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unforgettable experience! The location is very convenient: 20 minutes from the center of Utrecht by public transport. The 100% recommended, regarding both facilities and services. Outstanding attention to details. Fantastic value for money, surely the best in Utrecht! Better than those four stars hotels what we tried previously. We hope to come back once to spend more time at this wonderful place!!
