The hotel is in a convenient location. Reception was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. A nice bonus was the mini fridge, and each room has its own air conditioning unit. The TV also supports streaming from your own device, which makes relaxing in the room much more comfortable.

“Does not meet the 4star price”
The bed was really comfortable and the location as well. They don't have onsite parking but offer a very nearby parking. (20 euro which is fair).

The staff were very friendly. I like the location. Its close to the cirty centre but not right in the centre. The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The municipal theatre is very close.

“Overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth it”

The staff were very friendly and informative. The room (31) was on top floor up 2 flights of stairs and a beam right by the door, which i tripped up over when i entered and no warning given. Room was clean and adequate facilities for our 3 night stay ( milk for English guests might have been nice). Showers hot too. Small bathroom so not much room for washing. Ten minutes walk to start of restaurants and bars which there's plenty and about 20 minutes to train. Didn't have breakfast as charges were about 16-17 Euros each? but found plenty of cafes cheaper. Reception is manned 24 hours too.
