Room was beautiful - old paintings on wall, old/antique furniture, very comfortable bed. Great view by the canal. Bathroom - modern, not small, clean. The hotel is generous with coffee pods, breakfast was great, staff friendly.

“Perfect, charming - would absolutely stay again!”
The character and original features of the hotel were so special and charming. The view of the canal, trees and houses opposite were beautiful. The room had a huge radiator and although freezing cold outside we turned the radiator on and the room was toasty warm! The breakfast was delicious, served promptly at the time we requested and it was such a special touch eating with the bedroom views - the croissants and bread were warm too! The staff were super friendly, especially Fleur who gave us recommendations and some history of the hotel and area and even checked train times for us! Great stay, thank you!
