Overview
Located in Utjeha just 110 metres from the Hotel De Lara’s beach, these self-catering apartments have their own balcony offering spectacular views of the Adriatic. Guests can enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools during the summer, or stroll down to the lively Uvala Maslina Beach, 500 metres away. Each of the air-conditioned apartments at the De Lara comes with a bathroom with a shower and has a seating area with satellite TV. Guests can shop for groceries at the nearby supermarket, 50 metres away, and prepare their meals in their own kitchen or kitchenette. The on-site restaurant serves regional and international cuisine. There are also a selection of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs along the beach and elsewhere in the town. The closest bus stop is 100 metres from the building. From here, there are connections to Ulcinj and to the historic town of Bar, both 12 km away. The natural wonders of Lake Skadar and the Ada Bojana River are also well worth a visit.

Perfect view from the balcony and pool area. The rooms are okey but Old. All in all its a perfect place for family with kids 😊

“very good with great pool”
great swimming pool (unlucky closes at 20:00), warm and large shower, good mattress. Kind staff. Position is very good, near the sea bay (few minutes downhill - consider the beach is made of stones) and between Bar/Ulcinj

“overall ok”
Amazing view. Very kind, helpful and nice personal. They even printed our boarding cards, explained us all we needed. However, they only take the garbage, no room cleaning, no towel change (only every 3 days). The beach closeby was not good, the bigger one 10-15min walking was better. Supermarket is also 10-15min walking distance.

“Good loction, but dirty and smelly apartment, not recommend”
The only good thing was the pool with nice wiew, and there was a small beach with few minutes of walk.

Adorable apartments, incredible sea view, very clean and beautiful pool, so quiet atmosphere and very kind staff. It was real vacation and we will come again for sure :))
