The cleanliness and the services. The owner is very generous. She is very helpful in sugesstions for restaurants and tourist spots. She even checked up with me if I was set at my home in Bangkok safely. I am definitely coming back.

Despite there being a fairly busy road at the front of Ban Saweena, it was surprisingly quiet and calm. The room looked out onto green paddy fields with water that attracted milky white egrets who foraged each morning and evening.The hostess was charming, helpful and very attentive, providing an excellent breakfast, tea and coffee. The room was very clean with pristine white sheets and towels. There was a good car parking space provided A very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The position of the home stay was overlooking the rice fields but it was out of season . In season it will be very beautiful. Ample parking and nice clean modern room on the 1st floor. Bathroom was small but sufficient with hot water. Breakfast was lovely . Served in the garden room. It was prepared with care and was delicious . Freshly cooked omelet with excellent coffee . This is also a cafe . The owner gives it that special touch which a lot of small hotels just don’t provide

This place goes beyond my expectation. It is next to the rice field, the same as in the pictures. It is a perfect stay if you are looking to travel to Uthai Thani city, which is not too far. The owner is extremely friendly and very welcoming. She even suggests where to go in terms of restaurants and sightseeing. I cannot recommend it enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Uthai Thani.

Breakfast was a real value for money. Coffee was great. Breakfast was home made and delicious. The view of the Rice fields is lovely and we saw fireflies at night which is amazing.
