“Privacy in the very heart of the city”
Perfect location, the place gives the sence of full privacy. Big bed, sofa bed is also very comfortable. All you can possibly need for a short stay. Friendly and flexible hostess.

“Good spot for a short stay”
It was 4 of us- 2 adults, baby and a dog. All needed amenities and even extra were there (kettle, cups, cutlery, towels etc). Even coffee which is very nice of the owner. Quiet area, central location (town is small), cafeteria nearby. Good communication with the owner.

“Very comfortable and nice location.”
It was a lovely property very clean nice and warm.only one thing missing an ironing board. Or if there was I couldn’t find it.

“Cosy spot in the center of town”
Cosy, clean and welcoming spot in the center of town. Everything is in the reach of the hand. Very helpful and thoughtful owner.. We were very pleased by care and comfort in the place.

Big room in the house, nicely decorated, very good location in the Utena city. Small kitchenette inside, heater inside for cold nights. Good value for money.
