What an excellent find, big room that was bigger than expected, nicely furnished and a big comfy bed!. Bathroom was large and luxurious, the walk in shower room was bigger that some hotel rooms I have stayed in! The sea view and large balcony tops off the stay. The hosts were polite and friendly and transported us to the airport which is about 20 minutes away. Breakfast was served with a large array of items, and this alone made it worth staying here. If you want to avoid the noise and chaos of Colombo when flying in and out of the airport, give this place a try. Its makes your journey so much more relaxed. I know we will be using it again. Hard to beleive they can provide what they do for such a low price!

Patrick was brilliant ! So helpful and pleasant. We were almost the only guests due to the war so it is a very difficult time for everyone. The food was great too - unbelievable breakfast ! The pool was nice.

We booked this hotel as we needed 8 days accommodation before our delayed flight home to the UK because of the middle east crisis. The room was fabulous, lots of space, decent furniture and storage, great aircon and lovely bathroom. Wifi was good too. Staff and management were very attentive and friendly. Pool is great, food was superb and lots of it. The hotel sits on the beach. you can't swim on this coast but the sand is golden and you can sunbathe both at the hotel and on the beach. The hotel sits in a fairly quiet area between Negombo and Colombo and we were able to get to both cities by Uber for around £5. There are shops half a mile away which we walked to easily on several occasions for a few snacks and extra provisions. Great value for money. We would highly recommend.

The hotel has a few years, but it still has its charm. Its clean, nicely decorated, with ac and the swimming pool was a plus. The staff was friendly and you could eat there. Locationwise you need a car or pick me to get around or go to the beach. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty to look at, but not to swim. I would come again to relax, i felt very comfortable and welcome there.

It was my second time at Beach Boutique and both of the times it was to attend another event nearby. So basically i spent the night only. But its met my expectations to the fullest. The room was clean and the hotel is not over crowded. Great room and the cleanliness is commendable.

“Convenient Airport Stay with Sea View”

Overall a fairly satisfying accommodation. Very good location if you need to stay close to the airport. Directly by the sea with a nice, spacious pool. Rooms smelled very pleasant and were large, comfortable.

The place was great unfortunately as I had to attend a meeting only could spent a few hours although I booked a night and planned to check out the next day. Room was clean and comfortable. A Pensive location doesn’t look busy or interrupted by oozing crowds. It was close to the Colombo airport and we were waiting to receive a friend, so even though it was not on leisure and was a quick stop to rest awhile before the departure, I liked the short stay made here

It’s close to the airport yet right on the beach, so it’s better than most of the airport hotels.

From start to finish Joseph and his staff looked after us all very well. We felt very safe and very much at home. Every breakfast and evening meal Patrick looked after us like royalty Fresh fruit and deliciously cooked meals were always served outdoor looking onto the Indian Ocean. The chef was terrific. One could not ask for anything more. Real Paradise, A beautiful clean swimming pool was also there if it got too hot. Rooms and bathroom ensuites were spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location. The peace and quite here was most welcome. Privacy of the place was also great. Joseph helped us getting an auto rickshaw to local cities, Negombo or Colombo......incredible and memorable sight seeing. Close distance to International Airport was also an added bonus of this hotel. I could not recommend this place - The Beach Boutique , in Uswetakeiyawa - highly enough. People make places . Joseph and his staff pay great attention to detail, and in doing so gave me one of the best memorable holidays I am ever likely to experience.
