“Modern rooms, great standards”
Very modern property. Some rooms are more comfortable (more space) than the others so just double check the category you book. Restaurant on ground floor where you can have breakfast / dinner.

“Good alternative to the mainstream hotel in Ust-K but some opportunities to improve.”
A good alternative to the mainstream hotel in Ust-K. Located above a very good restaurant and bar and close to the shopping mall if that's what you need. The room was spacious and the bathroom small, but well equipped. Fridge inside the room and plenty of space for your clothes. Kettle inside the room.
