“Comfortable and suficiently convenient location”
Comfortable and warm. We stayed twice, once before an Antarctic cruise and again afterwards. We were in a downstairs apartment for this stay, which had a small kitchen. The key was a bit tricky but we mastered it. The second time, we stayed in a room in the main hotel. The entry keypad/fob was modern and excellent. It's a short walk to an excellent restaurant paso garibaldi and an easy walk to the centre of town (though pavements in Argentina don't seem to be well-maintained). About 20 minutes walk to the cruise terminal (waiting room)

“Quiet and reasonably well placed.”
Very quiet. On the edge of central Ushuaia, right opposite the Presidio museum. A supermarket 2 blocks away.

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, has laundry service for guests ($8 wash and dry for 6 kg or 13 pounds). Walking distance to attractions , supermarket is 2 minutes walking distance, restaurants are close as well. All tours pick you up and drop off in front of the place so very convenient. Very reasonable .

The room was clean and had all we needed in a hotel room. The Host Daniel was very helpful to us and is a very nice host. He gave us good tips and also helped to get us reservations and taxi for attractions. The location as perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the city center and also to the taxi central. The Room was clean and had a good and warm shower.
