Such a beautiful hotel with really helpful and pleasant staff. The massage and spa area are such a treat.

Unbelievable setting, stunning views, space, comfort and above all a very professional and welcoming team. Meal in restaurant fabulous and great breakfast too (esp the cheese scones)

Everything was excellent! Room was very comfortable, big and good equiped. Stuff was very helpfull, great breakfast, very good spa, great view from the hotel, very good restaurant and bar with fire place.

The location with beautiful views of the Beagle Channel. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size. The restaurant and bar served great food and drinks.

The room is spacious, very cozy with hydronic heating. Bed is so good plus the pillows are nice too. It’s quiet and an amazing view from 4th floor. Shuttle bus is so convenient!

“Great place to stay”

It’s a bit out of town but has great views. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle bus into town and bikes for use which we did one morning.

“Memorable stay at a memorable place”

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the room to the breakfast. Even the shuttle service between the hotel and city centre. The staff are excellent!

Very comfortable hotel with great views, excellent bar and restaurant. Shuttle service also great, although downtown Ushuaia is inky 10-15 min by taxi uber.

Large bed. Suttle to/from town but only if you were one of the lucky ones to get in. Two shuttles needed at peak times for basically a small expedition ship passengers.

Staff would communicate with you on WhatsApp and would help you with anything and everything you need. The hotel itself is so so pretty.

“Great for relaxing at the end of the world”

The staff were just amazing! So polite and always remembered our drink orders. Nicolas, who worked in the bar was so kind and really made our stay special. The breakfast was quite good, but the toaster was soooo slow hahaha. Buy a new one. The spa facilities were super fancy even though the outdoor jacuzzi were closed for construction.
