“Nice stay in Ushuaia”

The likes:The view, the balcony, the patio, the very good heating system, and hot water. Good breakfast. Exceptionally nice and helpful front desk staff speaking excellent English. The dislikes: Noisy Street. It would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom. We had two beds joined together, one was higher than the other, so the sleeping arrangement wasn't perfect.

“Ok stay in Ushuaia”

The bedrooms were soaked because of a heavy rain and we could not get another room. There is a serious rubbish collection problem in the neigbourhood. (Photo attached) We did not have water for a short time the second morning. There were electricity peoblems. I had to turn the thermometer up.to 30C and the hetaing water up to 70C to get 19C in the sleeping rooms. The property advertises itself with a "desayuno fantastico" altough the breakfast was very basic with rough eggs (which I have only found after trying to peel it):). Last the but least there were no prices for the "mini bar". Prices are European standards, quality is not.

“Great place to stay and relax”

The location on the channel, the staff were amazing, the room is basically a full 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the channel, has a kitchen and a laundry, 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable would loved to have more time there. Resturaunt across the road is very nice. Definitely would stay again.

It is an apart service hotel but a friendly and very personal care. For two days a had an atraction earlier than the breakfast but I asked the possibility of have the breakfast delivered the night before (they delivery the breakfast goods on your room and then you fix it with all the appliances of available), which was promptly accepted. It is 1 km west tô the center, in a industrial área, but really close to the Paseo del Fuego Shopping and 2 suoermarket. The view from rhe balcony is astonishing! Highly recomended!!!

Lovely staff and very helpful

The breakfast is served to the room, it is rather modest but is ok (you can always grab the bottle of perfect local beer from the fridge)). The view is perfect, The rooms are neat and clean, have everything you need, The heating is excessive, makes you warm even at summer (their summer) month of February, but you can always open the window to make the air in the room fresh and cozy. There is also good restaurant across the street, you don't have to go to the center. The taxi is 2-3 bucks to the center and only 5-7 minutes far. For 2 persons room rate you get 2 separate sleeping rooms, the salon, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies - not bad for less than a hundred dollars per night, ha!!!

Duplex apartment comfortably fits four adults. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment each morning and is generous. Easy and cheap to taxi/uber into town as it will be too far to walk for most.

Great location - quiet and great views. Comfortable for a family of 4, very clean and new. Friendly staff, esp the wonderful Monica who gave us great local advice on what to do and what to avoid e.g ‘don’t go to the national park in the morning because that’s when bus loads of cruise ship passengers go there’
