“Peaceful Place to Relax in Ushuaia”

The lovely couple Hector and Raquel goes far beyond your expectations when it comes to hosting. They will offer you advice on your travel plans, where to go for cheap eats, provide you with cable plug etc. The location is 25 mins walking distance from the main tourist terminal, tour company etc. There is a shopping plaza nearby the house within 5 mins walking distance if you're looking for cheap food. The room was clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and a very neat and tidy place. Though the couple spoke little English, it never was a hindrance to any advice or help they offered. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax in Ushuaia and prefer a nice, cozy, and quiet place to stay.

Hector and Raquel were amazing hosts! Super friendly and very helpful with recommendations to see around Ushuaia. About a 25 minute walk to the main town, but restaurants and supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Would recommend!

The place is extremely nice and the owners Raquel and Hector are adorable and always ready to help. They made the room very cozy and comfortable and it was always a pleasure to discuss together. The place was better than expected and I would recommend to anyone who travels in Ushuaia.

“Cosy place and fantastic hosts”

- amazing two hosts who took great care of us, they made sure we have everything we need and they were super patient with our very very basic Spanish. We had such a good time talking at breakfast and we had a fantastic dinner together! -Great opportunity if you want to talk to Argentinian people, practise Spanish, learn more about the culture. Equally, Hector and Raquel will give you all the space you need if you want to be on your own. -clean cosy place with hot shower and big kitchen to cook your food. It has the mountain house feeling with the wooden ceilings. -lovely dog Tuco (if you don't like dogs that's okay too. Tuco is very independent and is usually in the back garden and won't bother you) -decent location, you can easily walk to the city.

Raquel, Hector and their daughter, Fernanda were very accommodating, helpful and sweet. We didn’t speak much Spanish and we still had a great time chatting and getting to know each other. Very sweet and kind people

Early check-in was possible (9 am, though I recommend to check first) , since I arrived earlier than planned. And it really saved my day cos I was able to enjoy city and not to wait for check in. Kitchen is really nice big and clean, I didn’t use it cos I was outside all the time but there are plenty of accessories and you will find anything you need, just ask Raquel of Hector. Room It’s perfect for one or couple of people, cozy and warm, there is a small cupboard for your clothes where you can keep it. There is wifi as well provided. Raquel y Héctor and really welcoming. I didn’t have any problem with them. We always were coordinating with regards of my needs during the trip. Breakfast was served the time I requested. Some toasts and Coffe/tea with butter/cheese/Dulce de leche and Jam. I will happy to return and bring my friends as soon as possible.
