“Will recommend to anyone I know who might be holidaying in Namibia”

We were surprised by the variety of the animals there. Thinking farm usually means cows sheep etc. Loved the baby tortoises! I was quite taken by the resident cats. The old boy although looking like a bruiser was very friendly. the kitten and bit wary but coped when handled.

All was super, location, animals, climate of farm and first of all owner very very nice

It’s a gem, close to Spitzkoppe and Philipp’s Cave, excellent service, we were treated as dear old friends, great room and excellent food

It’s a well-located place in Usakos, perfect for making the journey to or from Swakopmund or Spitzkoppe easier. They offer half board with very good food. Sandra and the rest of the team are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are recently renovated, clean, and equipped with AC and a mini fridge. Highly recommended.

The host was very welcoming and attentive, the pool, lapa, animals at the lapa and the food was exeptional. The spacious room, large shower and mini fridge with cold water was lovely. The aircon in the room.

Perfect stop between Etosha and Walvis Bay. Nice animals - made a special furry friend. Very friendly staff.

We came because of the animals and it was worth it. In the evening even the rhinos came near to us. I could feed an ostrich. For dinner was braai. Delicious.

Comfortable room and great food. Having animals was a bonus. Sandra was an extremely friendly host.

The location was perfect to visit Spitzkoppe and Erongo Mountains. Breakfast was ok. Omelet was too oily and taste not too good. Bacon was not good and sausages were not good.

Very nice and charming place with a pool. Very nice and hospitable people. Excellent diner and breakfast in quality and generously served. Wildlife around us from peacock to 🦏, from 🦒 to 🦓 . Verry entertaining

“Fantastic stay!”

Uitkijk Farm is a little gem! We enjoyed everything about our stay here - from the spacious room and comfortable bed, to the delicious lamb stew and braai. The quality of the meat was incredible. Breakfasts were also delicious. The location is great with view down the hill of many types of animals. There are 2 pools to chill out by. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks in particular to Susan who made us feel very welcome and to Francois who helped us out with car trouble and braaied an amazing dinner for us. We will definitely come back should we ever be back in the area!

Excellent and home cooked food! Felt a bit like a zoo but if you want to practice photographing animals before you get to Etosha or another park it's perfect. Nice pools to relax in with a splendid view.

I was welcome by the cook who is very nice, she showed me around. I had a drink looking over a girafe, a rhino, zebras, antilopes, ostrichs... it was amazing

“Strange a bit, but generally ok”

This is a pretty nice farm with local animals, which served as our stopover between Etosha and the Atlantic coast. It's located a few kilometers from the city of Usakos in a quiet place and has a fairly large area. We liked the variety of animals - there are antelopes, ostriches, peacocks, giraffes and even one rhino, and also many dogs and cats. The territory is fenced and secured, and the staff is very friendly.
